With over two decades of experience leading business and digital transformations, she has a sharp eye for structure, detail, and clarity—skills that translate seamlessly into her work as an editor and independent publisher.

    A lifelong reader and story lover, Tenneille has worked closely with emerging authors, offering insightful feedback on early drafts and developmental edits. She’s dedicated to helping writers refine their manuscripts with a keen editorial eye, ensuring every story is structured, clear, and impactful—from first draft to the bookshelf.

  • Imogen Short, Co-Founder

    Imogen is a publishing strategist, storyteller, and the co-founder of Break Into Three. With 15+ years in strategic communication and brand storytelling, she helps aspiring authors shape powerful narratives and publish with confidence—without handing over creative control.

    Before launching Break Into Three, Imogen advised global CEOs and led leadership storytelling programmes across Asia. She’s also an award-winning producer and co-founder of multiple initiatives that elevate women’s voices through storytelling, sport, and community.
